Accountants
Must be qualified with at least two years
experience, we require accountants of all levels, including accountants with
Hotel experience, and accountants with catering company experience. If you are a

Chef Manager Camp boss Asst. Camp Boss
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience either onshore or offshore, Knowledge
of HACCP and HSE must be able to speak English. Chef manager and Camp boss
positions must have catering and previous experiance.
Chefs, Patisserie, Butchers, Head chefs
Must have a minimum of 3 years we require chefs at all levels and departments,
Head Chef, Patisserie, Butchers and kitchen chefs, we always require chefs of

Waiters
Must have a minimum of 3 years, and have worked in Hotels or good restaurants.
You must have waiter experiance.
Laundry and general assistants
Must honest and hard working clean smart and reliable.
