Mr. Ali Hakuma Chairman and CEO of AmalAfrica Catering and Hotel Services, Ali is a Libyan National and has worked in the catering industry for more than 18 years, He was the Operations Coordinator for the Corinthia Group Libya. Ali was responsible for the operation of contracts such as Sirte Oil Company, Zangas, Zueitina Oil Company and many more. Ali started Amalafrica 4 years ago and has never looked back. He is determined to ensure the company grows offers value for money and continually improves.

General Operations Manager
Mr. Ramadan Shekey. Ramadan has more than 30 years experience in catering and the Oil industry in Libya, Ramadan was the Catering Superintendent for Sirte Oil Company. Ramadan is like a farther figure within our organisation, he brings a wealth of experience to our operations.

Operations Manager
Brian Hogg. Brian is British and has lived and worked in Libya for more than 23 years, Brian was previously with Corinthia Libya as Area Manager, Operations Manager and then as Asst. General Manager. Brian's forte is catering and organisation, he has been responsible for some of the biggest catering projects in Libya. He knows catering and related operations inside out.

Operations Manager
Alfred Dullnigg. Alfred is Austrian by birth but has lived is Malta for many years, Alfred also worked with Corinthia Running the impressive Misurata Steel Complex and Marsa El Brega. Alfred has many years of top hotel experience and has worked in some of the top Kitchens in Malta and Austria. Alfred is a real catering and Hotel expert.
